The Kingston & District Agricultural Society’s board of directors invites you to consider exhibiting in our Artisan Alley during the 194th Kingston Fall Fair - September 17-20, 2026, at the Kingston Memorial Centre. Artisan Alley is an outdoor space with an overhead cover only. This area is meant to showcase local artists, artisans and crafters.  No third-party vendors permitted, no plastic manufactured items, no food items. Photos of items you wish to sell must be submitted with your application.

Commercial Liability Insurance: Vendors/Exhibitors must have a minimum of $2,000,000 liability insurance.  A copy of your current liability insurance coverage with Kingston & District Agricultural Society as an additional insurer must be received a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the fair. If you do not have coverage, you can purchase insurance at https://duuo.ca/vendor-insurance/ which will give you a discounted rate for the Kingston Fall Fair.

Spaces are allotted on a first come first serve basis. Preferred spots are given to vendors who will be there Friday through Sunday, but you may choose to set up for any one or more days. There is no fee for reserving a space. All booths are under a roof, with an open front, on a concrete floor with concrete wall behind. You must bring your own table/chairs, display materials, but please do not bring a canopy.

Vendors/Exhibitors - Intending vendors/exhibitors are requested to apply for the space they require as early as possible. Spaces will be awarded based on the items you are selling and submitted photos. Our goal is to provide the public with a range of artistic and home-crafted items (excluding foods).  There are 24 spaces available. If you require power, we suggest bringing a fully charge battery pack.   

All Exhibits must be in their places no later than 9:30 am each day: Friday, Sept 18; Saturday, Sept. 19; Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, otherwise you will forfeit the right to the reserved space. Any signs which obstruct the light or view will not be permitted.  

Vendor/Exhibitor Passes - Two passes, good for three-day admission, are provided with each rental space.  Additional day and/or week admission passes may be purchased by contacting the Fair Office.  

It shall be a condition of entry that the Kingston & District Agricultural Society is not liable/responsible for accidents to stock, loss of articles, fire, accident, condition of structure, or the negligence of other vendors/exhibitors or officials. when on fairgrounds but will use every reasonable precaution to prevent the same.
